We are proud of our athletes for their efforts in today's Area Meet in Graham. Congratulations to this year's Regional Qualifiers in Track and Field! Khloe' Washington is the Area Champ in Long Jump, High Jump, 100 Hurdles, 400 Meter Dash and the 300 Hurdles. She set a PR and broke the School Record today in High Jump going 5'7. Blain Hill set a PR throwing 144'2 placing 3rd in discus. Rylan Rodriguez placed 3rd in the 110 Hurdles. Desmond Whiteside is the Area Champ in Long Jump. They will represent City View at next week's Regional Meet in Abilene on Friday and Saturday! Best of luck! Punch your ticket to State!

Huge shout-out to Mustang Athletics alum, Mason Hill, for winning the Clyde Hart Invitation meet @ Baylor University in the shot put this past Saturday., while representing Tarleton State. Mason set a new PR with a throw of 54'01"!! Excellent job, sir, and Mustang Nation is super proud of you!

🚨The THSPA and THSWPA Powerlifting State Meets have concluded with 2 of our lifters finishing in the top 10 🚨 💪Jaydon Bradford (242) came in 7th place hitting PRs in all his lifts. 640 SQ, 360 BN, 570 DL, 1570 Total. He ties the schools squat record and increased the schools bench record. 💪Michael Ledesma (114) came in 16th. 300 SQ, 190 BN, 345 DL, 835 Total. Michael will be leaving his name on the school record board in all 4 categories 💪Keyera Whiteside (123) came in 8th place. 300 SQ, 180 BN, 235 DL, 715 Total. She hit a 20 lb bench increase PR. 💪Marrissa Juarez (242) competed hard all year but fell short on the SQ. She is only a sophomore and this is her 2nd year in a row making it to state. Look for her to make an appearance next year and bring home some hardware.
