Look at what's going on at City View FFA. Commercial Feeder steers have started on feed. In this program, a student feeds steers for over 150 days, keeping records to track efficiency of the steers on feed. The steers will then be graded at the end of the feeding period based on quality and yield. The student is evaluated on their records and what they've learned. If this is something your student may be interested in, contact Mr. Brixey.

Students in culinary and advanced culinary arts have been learning about hospitality and different positions in the food industry. We were able to sample a few of those rolls this week to simulate.

This week in Equine Science students researched and developed a timeline for the Modern Horse.
