Proud of the kids for all their efforts over the last 4-5 weeks learning about a competition they will participate in come early March! They are responsible for creating their own menu, seasoning, and items for the competition. It is amazing how well they did with 2 camp stoves and a camp oven in an hour.

Today was the 2nd Annual North Texas Culinary Competition and City View CTE Culinary teams took 1st & 3rd! Congratulations to all students who competed and to Chef Lee Partridge their instructor!
