
Intro classes have spent time learning about pancakes, leaving agents, flavor components, and how presentation can influence a dish. They have also began implementing recipes into documents with homemade maple syrup and how it can make breakfast even better.











Students worked to make desserts from premade items in class to prepare for plate decorations and cupcakes upcoming.

A busy Homecoming week and then handy work done by the Advanced Floral Design Classes.


Advanced Floral Design created their first arrangements for the Flower of the Month club! Happy Halloween to our student designers and recipients!

Culinary students put in a long day making chicken and dumplings for the Texoma Food Bank. Job well done and a lot of learning experience as well as money raised.

Monday will be a holiday for students and a workday for City View staff. JH/HS teachers will be available from 10:00-12:00 and 1:00-6:00pm for parent/teacher conferences. Conferences will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to meet with any of your child(ren)'s teachers, please sign-in at the Main Office when you arrive. Teachers will also have sign-in sheets in the classroom to document each parent/teacher conference conducted. If you need a specific time, please email the teacher, and they will do their best to accommodate you.

8th Grade students participated in the Region 9 ESC Jobs Y'all Career Expo! #GoMustangs







Greenhouse Operations and Horticulture classes took field trip to the Dallas Arboretum Tuesday.
We all had a lot of fun learning various plants and trees.











Students have been working with furthering knife skills, seasoning, sauces, and presentation while using potatoes.








City View Yearbook/Photography students were on a photo scavenger hunt today around campus learning how to take better pictures and work on their skill levels in different settings!
